1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During peak periods (sales, new drops, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

We deliver to home addresses and, when available, to pickup points, depending on the options shown at checkout.

3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, and external conditions.
Belgium
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
Europe
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
International
Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days
Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak periods or customs processing.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location, delivery method, and the weight of your order.
5. Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified after it has been shipped.

6. Tracking Your Order
All shipped orders include tracking whenever available.
You can track your package using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

7. Pickup Point Delivery
When available, you can choose delivery to a pickup point at checkout.

Once your parcel arrives, you will receive a notification from the carrier with pickup instructions.

You must collect your order within the timeframe indicated by the carrier.

If the parcel is not collected on time, it may be returned to us.
If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
8. Incorrect Address or Pickup Point Selection
Please ensure that your shipping details are correct when placing an order, including your selected pickup point (if applicable).
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect information or non-collection, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
9. Delays, Lost Packages & Force Majeure
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package appears lost or hasn’t moved for an extended period, please contact us at contact@enissia.com and we will do our best to assist you.
10. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
